Ismail Bekir

Registered Psychologist | Director

I have compassion for people’s experiences, an openness to diversity, and a fundamental respect for human beings and their potential to thrive. I understand that therapy can often be challenging, and that feeling safe and supported in the therapeutic relationship is important. My approach is to work alongside you, at your pace, to help you make contact with your own sense of wisdom and internal guiding compass, uncover new insights, learn new skills and better access existing strengths.

I am experienced in providing effective treatment for a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I strongly believe in a person-centred and evidence based approach. I am particularly interested and experienced in working with young adults.

Available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays

Elisa Papotto

Clinical Psychologist | Director

Board-Approved Supervisor

My passion for psychology is born out of a deep respect and empathy for the human condition. I’m fascinated by the potential for psychotherapy to empower greater awareness of the connection between mind and body through evidence-based intervention. You will find me to be warm, engaging and not opposed to using light humour to help strengthen connections and inject humanity into the journey. I offer a supportive therapeutic framework to help foster insight, meaningful change, and personal growth for individuals.

I have worked in private practice and education settings providing clinical assessments and therapy for a range of presentations including mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, adult ADHD and Autism, complex trauma, family and relationship issues, grief, and sexual dysfunction.

Available Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Sarah Edwards

Registered Psychologist

I am a therapist dedicated to building trust and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance in a non-judgmental, warm, and empathetic space. I am especially passionate about empowering teenagers and young adults. I specialise in anxiety and mood disorders, communication skills, OCD, self-esteem, and stress management.

With a collaborative approach, I tailor therapies to individual needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also have an interest in Schema therapy and eating disorder management. My work focuses on helping clients cultivate self-compassion, build resilience, and develop the essential tools to overcome life’s challenges. I am committed to affirming and supporting diverse sexual and gender identities, as well as neurodivergent populations.

David Morris

Registered Psychologist

My focus is on developing a strong therapeutic relationship and tailoring the best approach for each individual. I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, psycho-education, cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I support clients to identify patterns of thinking, behaving, and relating to others that are no longer working and help them to take charge of effecting their own changes.

Since 2007, I have provided psychological healthcare for adults and young people across a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, difficulties in relationships and at work, as well as problems with anger and stress management. In addition to working in general practice, I have worked in dedicated programs for people experiencing gambling problems and as an EAP provider.

Available Wednesdays

Stephanie Saidel

Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist committed to providing a warm, respectful, and supportive space, whereby individuals feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and believe that trust, collaboration, and empathy are essential components of effective psychological work.

I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, OCD, problematic anger, chronic stress, and low self-esteem. Using an integrative approach, I draw on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring each intervention to the individual’s needs. My goal is to meet people where they are, working together to explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting growth and well-being.

Available Tuesdays and Fridays

Georgia Harrold

Clinical Psychologist

My practice is grounded in the belief that deep insight creates the space for meaningful change. Through collaborative exploration, gentle challenging, and occasional humor, I encourage clients to look beyond immediate coping strategies to understand how their histories have shaped both their strengths and struggles, ultimately fostering a greater sense of agency.

Having supported a diverse range of adults across various clinical settings, I have developed a particular interest in working with women navigating anxiety, perinatal concerns, relationship issues, burnout, grief, and life transitions. While my approach is primarily Psychodynamic, I thoughtfully integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to ensure treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
